Christmas Delivery Information
To help keep things moving smoothly and to cope with the extra demand in the run up to Christmas we are running additional production teams over the whole week including weekends.
Please bear in mind when placing your order that our production time to dispatch can be up to two working days* depending on how busy we are and you should order as early as possible in case of any delays with the post (as there sometimes can be at this time of year!)
For example if you place an order on Monday we will usually have it made and shipped by Wednesday at the latest. Using our Standard FREE shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48) your order should be with you around Friday or over the weekend.
Our fastest delivery option, Rocket Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24), would again have your order shipped by Wednesday at the latest but you should receive your order on the Thursday.
Remember shipping times are not guaranteed by Royal Mail so please order in plenty of time to avoid any disappointment.
We would suggest the last dates to order so as to receive your order in time for Christmas are;
- Standard FREE Shipping - Wednesday 18th December
- Rocket Shipping - Friday 20th December
Although we work through the weekends to make orders any orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday / Tuesday.
* We class a working day as Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
