You can return your order for any reason even if you have simply changed your mind. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us you are returning the item and we'll watch out for it. You will have to pay the postage to return the item to us.

We will accept items returned up to 30 days from delivery. Your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have gone by since it was delivered or it comes back to us used unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please re-use the original packaging when sending the item back.
If you purchased a personalised product (a custom or collage lap tray) unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the item or the artwork was printed incorrectly.
We are unable to improve any artwork beyond its original condition. Returns cannot be accepted for personalised items if it is down to the original artwork supplied not being of good enough quality.
Damaged & Incorrect Items
Any items which have arrived to you damaged during transport will be replaced once you have provided us with photographic evidence of the damage via email. This is to help us with our claim against the courier company.
If you receive an incorrect item these can be returned for a full refund at no cost, please email us at email@example.com
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and checked your returned item and let you know if we have approved or rejected of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this usually takes 5-7 days to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.
