Delivery
We make all our lap trays by hand to order and we will usually have your lap trays made and shipped within two working days* (see FAQ's for more info)
We try our hardest to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, however during busy periods, like in the run up to Christmas, it may take a little longer to get to your order.
Even faster delivery is available by selecting Rocket Shipping at the checkout. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for this option and we upgrade your free shipping to this if you spend over £50. This service aims to deliver the next working day* from dispatch (please note that normal production lead times still apply and this service does not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.)
* We class a working day as Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

For all UK orders we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our FREE SHIPPING service which covers the whole UK including the Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland at no extra charge. Most of the UK will get this within two working days* from dispatch but for more remote areas this might take a day or so longer.

Please bear in mind when placing your order that our production time to dispatch can be up to two working days and you should try and order as early as possible in case of delays with the post.
For example if you place an order on Monday we will have it made and shipped by Wednesday at the latest. Using our Standard FREE shipping your order should be with you Friday.
Our fastest delivery option, Rocket Shipping, would again have your order shipped by Wednesday at the latest but you should receive your order on the Thursday.
Although we work through the weekends to make orders, any orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday / Tuesday.
