I love my lap tray, how do I look after it?
To clean your lap tray just use a soft damp cloth to wipe the frame and surface, for persistent dirt on the surface a little washing up liquid on the cloth works wonders.
Don't use any harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning pads as this can damage your lap tray.
To clean the cushion bean bag base use a clean cloth and warm water, dampen the cloth and dab on the dirt to remove it.
How quick will I get my item?
We aim to dispatch every order within two working days after you place it, however if we're really busy like in the run up to Christmas it might take a day or so longer.
Our standard FREE SHIPPING usually takes three to four working days but you can speed this up by upgrading to Speedy Shipping or Rocket Ship-ping at the checkout.

We rely on the Postie doing a good job and usually they do, if 7 working days have gone by since you placed your order and it hasn't arrived please check with your local sorting office to see if they have your order.
If they don't have it please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
How do I return an item?
Firstly let us know by emailing us at email@example.com to tell us the items you are returning. Then carefully pack back in the original packaging to protect the lap tray on it's return journey. Finally pop to the Post Office and post it back to us at;

You will have to pay the return postage costs and we can only accept returns on non-personalised items.
Can I get a refund?
Of course! If you cancel your order before it's been dispatched we will refund you straight away.
If you are returning an item we will need to check it first before we issue a refund. Returned items need to be in as-new condition for a refund to be issued.
It can take up to 7 working days for banks and credit cards to fully process refunds so please keep an eye on your account.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised product like the custom lap tray or collage lap tray.
Can I cancel my order or change it?
You can cancel or change your order right up to when it's been dispatched. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell our team what you would like to do.
If your order has already be dispatched you will have to post it back to us to cancel your order, for more information on returns see here.
If you have purchased either a custom or collage lap tray once it has been dispatched you cannot cancel your order or return is as it will have been made to your personalised specification.
My order arrived damaged what do I do?
We're really sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we would like to help and find the best solution for you.
Please ensure you describe and include photos of the damaged item that you received to show exactly what the problem is. This will help us be able to help you as quickly as possible. We will then make and send you a replacement straight away so you can still enjoy using one of our wonderful cushioned lap trays.
